Reliable Health has been testing our staff on a regular basis since March when the Pandemic began. We will continue to test our staff regularly in order to mitigate infection rates. Testing is available for our patients as well if an exposure may have occurred.

Reliable Health is continuing to follow direction from our state and federal agencies such as the CDC, Medicare, The Joint Commission and National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Information is changing rapidly, and we are committed to staying informed to provide safe services to our patients. Rest assured we have taken many steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our staff have had specialized training in infection control relating to COVID-19, have proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to use for all visits, have been tested on a regular basis for COVID-19, and all staff are maintaining a high standard of infection prevention and control.
